This is the most beautifully made piece of furniture, its a shame it is to hold cat poo/pee :) Not only did it arrive quickly after placing the order but it was very easy to assemble. The cats immediately took to it, and no one is the wiser what is inside. It also does a good job at containing the smell of the cat box as well. Now, for Paul, the owner and creator. He is truly an artist at what he does. You can tell every detail was thoroughly thought through - big or small. What is the shipping & return policy ?
The Poop Palace is so bulky (160 lbs) that is need to be shipped on a pallet via truck delivery !! This means 2 things:
1)If you order please make sure to share your phone number at the checkout page so I can share it with the truck driver to arrange the best delivery
hour slot for you !
2) Return shipping fee is not included (DM me for pricing) and can only be done with the
original pallet and trucking company
